Lincrest Elementary School is one of twelve elementary schools in the Yuba City Unified School District. Lincrest is located in a residential section of Sutter County in the Central Valley approximately 45 miles north of Sacramento. The area is comprised of established homes as well as new homes within the community contiguous with the school. Approximately 700 students are enrolled in grades K-5.
Lincrest staff members set high standards for student achievement recognizing that the unique needs of each student must be addressed. Students are rewarded for participation, attendance and achievement on a regular basis. Although, the school is large, the feeling tone is positive and reflects a focus on the success of each individual student in a safe environment.
